I'm so excited about this. Finally after 17 years of yoyoing, I really feel like I can do this.
I spent nearly two hours signing up this morning. The level of support is fantastic. I can't wait to try the food!

You'll find lots of great support on the boards and also dig around through the site and you'll find some great recipes too.
Counselors are great help but you also will find terrific info from folks on this board.

This is going to be an exciting journey. For once, I really believe I can do this. I like the idea of eating or having a snack every few hours. I won't go hungry...and that is especially helpful since I recently quit smoking.
In fact, all of the motivational inspirational material will really help me with both challenges.
I truly believe that with Jenny it's possible to get healthy on all levels.

Welcome, jan and jeanne, you're in for a wonderful journey. I simply love JC and I think that you will too. These message boards contain a wealth of knowledge, inspiration and support. Actually I simply got this price list from another that posted here on another JC thread. Not sure why they don't give you the list as some have mentioned here. I had this after my 1st trip to the JC ctr. I was better prepped for my next order. I choose not to purchase the cerreal and have kashi if I do find I want cereal in my menu. I also got my own lite syrup & dressings. As for the other meals they are all portioned out I don't want to have to think about much on this plan so I don't mind paying the costs at this time. REMEMBER you are paying for the "consultations" & their time & effort here also so be sure you are getting your $-worth. Funny thing is, yesterday I called my consultant to ask how they came up w/ 1200 caloric menu for me (my trainer asked me and I did not know)...I called and the regional mgr. happened to be on-site ...luckily. She pulled my chart and simply informed me that 1200 was incorrect for my ht., wt. & activity level. She then asked me to turn to page 70 of my book ...I said I never rec'd a book! She inquired more about my 1st 2 visits w/ them ...I simply told her I was weighed, was asked if I HAD any questions & gave them my order...she said I was NOT getting any counseling and asked if I could change my appt. w/ one she knew would give me all I needed at that ctr. She was a 'lil upset to hear I was simply getting no support so be sure you are getting counseling!

Welcome to the program!! I am just finishing week 2 and so far so good. I lost 2 pounds after my first weigh in (just 5 days on the program) and was happy with that. Tomorrow is my second weigh in and I think it will be fine. The good thing about this program is the food is actually edible and the message boards are a great motivator and help you stay on track!!!!

I am in week 10, and I can't believe how good it has gone. I am real happy with the center, the food and the results I have seen! I htink you will like it too. Just follow it as close as you can (I still go out to eat at least once a week, and cheat little bits here and there), and it will just start falling off! I am getting to the point where people are really starting to notice, and that is nice and gives you incentive to keep going. It really works, and it is something I know I can stick to from now on. Good luck to you - you will be surprised how much you like this.
