I'm sure most of you know this trick, but for those that don't, I found one of those partioned plates, salad goes in large section,veggies,JC in other2 parts.Somehow meals look enormous, almost like I'm eating too much. Who's complaining!

Great tip! I like those plates so that the juice from cooked veggies doesn't run all over my plate. Also, it helps me a lot to see my plate as abundantly overflowing by eating on a salad plate rather than a dinner plate ... especially helpful when dining out or eating at someone's home because my plate looks full to everyone else too ... I'm less likely to be asked, "Is that all you are eating?"

Hi Grammy's Girls ... found in my grocery some disposable sectioned plates (by Hefty) ... stumbled upon your post tonight; had remembered it and wanted to say THANKS! I did buy a plastic, dishwasher-safe sectioned plate but could only find the last one on the shelf as discontinued item. That's why I went with the disposable ones; use them every day! Helps me a LOT!!!

I am going to try that!!!! I do eat a huge salad with lunch and dinner. I will just refill the salad part...lol... like going for 2nds and 3rds...lol...
