Ok.... I am following the program to a T - I believe I am down four pounds... my first weigh in is on Monday. My JC consultant told me that one of the free food options is a Sugar Free / Fat Free Fudge Pop. I went to the store and bought a box just in case the temptation comes... but it just doesn't seem real... is it true that you can eat one of these (even though only 35 calories... they are so good) once in a while? I was thinking like one or two a week. What is your take on those?

I knew we could eat ff/sf jello...I wasn't aware of the fudge pops!!! I would think those would count as the limited free....as opposed to the unlimited free. WOO HOO!! I'm going to the store tomorrow!!!

Basically you have 60 Calories per day that you can use for limited free options, like these fudge pops you mention. Each serving is 20 calories so the fudge pop would take up two of your servings.
In moderation and as an occasional treat they can be worked in. They can't however be used as a dairy as the protein isn't enough to count as a milk serving. They, and all other ice cream type products, are starches.
