Welcome one and all!! Are you struggling? Then let's get back on track together! Post your daily menu, and hang out. These ladies are constant inspiration, and support. Come on and challenge yourself to reach your personal goals. If you would like to join in, a new challenge will be posted each week to keep us motivated.
Week Seven: menu balance - focus on the amounts of fat, fiber, carbs and proteins that you get in your diet. Have you been feeling full? Could you stand to make some adjustments?
Stay strong Friends. We can do this. This is for YOU, no one else. Incorporate the other weekly challenges into your day to stay focused. Journaling, water, exercise, portion control, they all work together.

I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend. I just had WI#3 and I'm down another 2.2 lbs! I'm out of the 150's forever and loving it! I took my waist measurements this morning and I'm 30"...I can't wait to be in the 20's with my waist measurement. My menu today is:
B: French Toast, nectarine, coffee
S: Yogurt, sugar-free caramel, non-fat latte
L: Cheesy Enchilada, salad, dressing
S: apple
D: MOMO - not sure yet, probably a WW entree from Applebees
S: Popcorn (Going to see "Sicko"...can't wait)
Let's all smile in the mirror for 8 sec (your brain will think you're happy even if you're not) and make it a great Saturday!

Happy Saturday Too!... Let's all have a great weekend, full of good choices and few temptations! Im looking foward to the challenges now, just so I can prove to myself that I CAN resist!... and it just makes you feel so much better when you do!... we have a party tonight <margarita machine>, sigh... but, Im telling you it's not worth it for a drink with all those calories!... so, Im bringing my own tea and a tray of veggies and will be a "happy" camper

Good for you Denise! When I was talking to my JCC this morning she asked me what were my goals this week and I said, looking ahead and planning so I'm ready for any situation. It sounds like you've done just that! I'm not embarassed to bring my own snacks to parties and that's just what I'm going to do! It's nice to know I'm in good company.
