Does anyone know about the Canadian programs? I'm on the $36 for six week program and in order for that $36 to count towards the platinum program
I was told I could not use any of the coupons I received off the net from JC since they apply to US only and there is no such thing as a rewards program for Canada. The platinum for $499 gives you 10% off and that’s all.
My question: Is all this information right?

I signed up for the platinum, but I wasn't told that it came with 10% off food purchases.

I'm from Canada. I paid for the highest membership
(lifetime) and it was $399. The 10% off is after you reach your goal weight. If you maintain within 5 lbs of your goal weight a year after reaching it, they will reimburse 50% of initial fee.

So there is no such thing as a reward program in Canada?

Yes there is but check if your centre is Corporate or Franchised. Some of the Franchised centres may not use the rewards program
