Ok, so I know I need to stay off the scale, but I need to combat my skepticism. I'm eating so much food, and good food, how could it be possible that I'm losing weight? So I've been stepping on the scale everyday (I know I know, I NEED to stop doing this). I know what I see on my scale at home will be different from when I go to the center tomorrow because I weigh in the morning at home and in the afternoon at the center. BUT this morning was wonderful and an epiphany that this REALLY works and that when I'm dedicated, I can accomplish this! Before my son (he'll be 2 in Sept) I was 165, which is 25lbs more than my goal. After I had him, it's been a battle to just get down to 165. I've been on a few different diets and the lowest I have seen is 173.something or other. Today I stepped on the scale and it said 172.6! I haven't seen 172 since I was pregnant and packing on the pounds!!!!! I just want to jump for joy! Now I KNOW. I CAN do this and I WILL do this and hopefully by the end of the year I'll reach 140! I just had to share.

Hi Krystal: I just started this week to and am thrilled to be doing something that feels like I can committ too. After years of WW and 2 significan weight losses, this finally feels real. I am worried I might be feeling honeymoon syndrome now, but I don't remember feeling this free before.
