Hi Everyone, I have finally made it to the east coast. I have been in my apt.for almost 2 weeks and I am happy. The sweetheart cam in the same day I did and helped me settle in the entire weekend. Bless his heart. OK, the weather was a big culture shock. After being in Hawaii for 15months, coming back to this ARTIC ZONE!!! It's all good, I'm just glad to be back amongst my family and friends.
Ok so about JC. I went and found my closest center and get myself together. I have been off program since 2/7/07. Today is 2/19.....anyway...I lost 3 lbs during that time. Mind you I hadn't been to the gym since......2/1 or 2/2. I am proud, not bragging, but I am just glad that I didn't gain any weight. My exercise was bringing the boxes up and down, in and out of one place to another unpacking and getting settled in. I bought that 8lb AB ball from the center and I plan on WORKING IT OUT!!!! I have a wedding in 7 months and I NEED TO LOOK GREAT!!! It's not about the numbers for me it's about being healthy, looking and feeling good
