My 2nd weigh in is tonight after work at 5. I lost 9 lbs my first week and have worked really hard to stay on track, I also had a company bar-b-q to go to, (1/2 steak & bean sald & 1/4 of a potato wedge) thats good right? and then I had breakfast out & had 2 scrabled eggs and 1 1/2 slices dry brown toast, this too is ok right???? Well i'll let you know tonight!!!! Cross your fingers, oh heck cross anything you can think of.
