Hello Everyone!! I started JC on 8/28/06 and am doing well so far. The food is good (what I've started) and I haven't been completely starving...though I have been a little hungry at the end of the day. Just wanted to say hello and look forward to sharing with all of you.

Welcome, Niddy and good luck. This is a great program. I lost 20+ lbs and, more importantly, I am KEEPING them off. Been on maintenance since some time in July. Ellie

I just joined last Sat (8/26) and I agree. The food is pretty good, but it was a bit harder today.

I started 8/25, first few days are the toughest. I personlized my menu and found it worked great. During the weekday I am busier and I feel like I am actually eating more, usually no time for three meals a day. The weekends I saved the gourmet frozen meals so I felt like I was dining out. Labor Day weekend will be a bit of a test, we are going out of town. However, I feel so great that it doesn't make it hard to stay on track. Still a long road ahead..60/70lbs but I am looking at short term 20lb goals. Best of luck!

Welcome. I'm new too, on week 2 (see my other thread). It is hard, and some days are better than others. But we are here to support each other. I do enjoy the food, and the 1st week I was real hungry. I am making sure to get some of my limited fruits (like strawberries, mmm) on days I'm hungrier and stick to the plan. Remember drink plenty of water, and veggies really do fill you up
