I was just wondering how your second week went? I lost another pound according to their scale, but at home when I weigh in the mornings I had a difference of about 2 more pounds. In any case, I am happy with that!

Hey there, Jamie. Congrats on your weight loss! I was just 0.5 lbs down -- I exercised alot this past week but I also deviated from the plan alot -- I think I had a meal out every day last week. A bit of complacency from the prior week's great weight loss, I guess. To combat this in the coming week, I switched to the personalized menu because by the end of last week, the items I had left weren't things I wanted to eat, so I ate off the program. Now I'm set for a week of yummy things (shelf stable meat is too scary for me to think of eating!)
So I have renewed motivation for sticking on the plan this week. On to a successful week!
Also, I learned an interesting tidbit from my consultant. Hummus is a bad choice. I had been dipping some of my veggies in hummus b/c I don't eat them plain well, and I thought it couldn't be too much extra. Well apparently it is! Hummus counts as a starch and a fat, and only 1/3 of a cup serving size at that. Good to know -- I am cutting hummus out of the diet!
