Wondering if anyone else weighs in today? I just went in and lost 5 lbs in the first week. I'm really motivated and like the structure of this program. It's hard but anything worthwhile is - right? Good luck!

That's great Bella! I just got home from my weigh-in ... down 6.5 pounds in week 5!! I know it's only this much because last week I had a big jump (up 2.5), but it still works out to four pounds over the last 2 weeks, which is really great.
I'm wondering if I'm in a 4-week pattern of big loss/small loss/tiny loss/gain ... Even though I'm SO happy with my progress so far, I'm a tiny bit envious of the members who have more consistent losses. It's easier on the nerves!!
Keep up the good work everyone!

Bella...Just wanted to let you know that it gets easier. The first week was the hardest. Keep up the great work!

Down only 1.2 this week, but TOM is here and I'm ok with the little loss- I'm just glad I'm going in the right direction! I shoveled a lot of snow on Saturday and am going to play in the snow with my kids today, so hopefully, that'll help.
