I am so excited I lost an additional 3.4 lbs from my last WI, and I am down 11.8 lbs total, on my 4th WI woo hoo!!!

Thanks to all of you. You all inspire me and yes hopefully the happy dance burns lots of calories. I feel like I am back in highschool...remember cheering along with the cheerleaders (or maybe you were one.)
