I work at a grocery store, and yesterday one of the regular customers commented about my weight loss! It made me feel pretty happy that my hard work is being noticed not just by me! I still have a way to go, but it felt really good all the same.

Congratulations!! I can't wait until that happens to me. I think it is awesome that someone noticed. I haven't told anyone at work I'm doing Jenny Craig. I take everything out of the package before I go to work. I even take the sourdough bites out of the package and put them in a ziplock bag. It's not that I'm embarrased about being on JC, it's just that I've tried so many diets that only last a few weeks that I don't want to tell anyone I'm on another diet. But so far I feel great about this one and can't wait until a cliet actually notices. Again Congratulations!!

Desperately,... That's a GREAT idea! By putting the food items into little baggies, you can see what a portion size is supposed to be. And you know what? I wouldn't say it's "embarassment" that you're not telling people you're on Jenny Craig; it's none of their business! Besides, it's just a friend helping you out -- all my friends are jealous I have someone cooking and portioning my meals for me.

Hi Desperate, I am glad to see I am not the only one who keeps JC under wraps at work. I just tell people I am on a strict 1500 cal/day diet, which is the truth. My inner circle of friends at home know that I am on Jenny, but I do not want to be judged by ignorant people or talked about behind my back. But if anyone ever does figure it out at your work, you can always hold your head up high and say, "yes, I am committed to trying everything out there until I find the program that is just right for me. right now jenny is that program." good luck
