Well, today is day 5 for me, and I am sticking to this, but am feeling like I am starving. How long does it take for that starving sensation to go away???

I would say it takes anywhere from 1-2 weeks to get use to the reduced calorie intake change. Hang in there! It will get easier. Remeber free foods.

Today is my day 5 also. I find having a bag of baby carrots at my desk helps fight off the hungry feeling. Of course today I failed to bring my free snack to work
