Sharon, according to your ticker and your stats you have lost 10 lbs in three weeks. I don't know how things could be going any better for you. You didn't lose this week? Well, then, you lost an avg. of 5 lbs per week the two previous weeks.
Perhaps what happened was that losing 10 lbs in only two weeks raised your expectations. But your body is simply "consolidating" the losses you've already experienced. Believe it or not, 5 lbs loss per week has as many health risks as obesity, over the long haul.
My DW and I have been doing this since the end of April (or maybe mid April). There have been weeks when one or the other of us either didn't lose or even gained. I would encourage you simply to stay the course. Over time, you will lose a couple of pounds per week (1-2 most likely).
Also, I think the literature that they give out when you first join says something about not expecting the same losses after the second or third week on the program. In fact, my JC counselor says that if a person continues to lose more than 3 lbs per week after the third week, they increase the calorie count for them.
