Hi, I just started yesterday and so far so good. I have tried so many different programs and really want to be committed to doing it this time. I think if I post and use the additional support it will make the journey easier. As I start the week I just don't want to sabatoge myself or over think the program.

Hi Diane, I started on Saturday, so I'm a newbie right along with you. I too have tried many different programs, but so far this one is super easy. I'm eating A LOT, but am not constantly wondering "what am I going to make? is it healthy?" etc.

Thanks, yeah so far I like this program because I don't have to think about what I am making or my portion sizes. I just feel like I need to hibernate for about 2 months so I don't put myself in tempations way but I also know that is not a way to live. I guess I need to find a balance and begin to trust myself that I can make good choices.
