I've been on the JC Program for almost a week and have lost 4.5 pounds, thats the good news, the bad news is today I had tons of running around and was so hungry I felt weak and I went threw the drive threw and got a small cheese burger, nothing else just that. You know it wasnt as good as I thought it would be. Do you think I just blew it?! Im so disappointed in myself. I meant to grab some snacks but ran out the door. Uggggggggggggg I can't believe I did that! Im affraid to step on the scale tomarrow. Maybe I should go excersise today!!

Congratulations on your 4.5 pounds loss! That is great!!! Remember that you are human and will have days when things go a bit off track. Today is a new day, so get back on track and keep plugging along. Have a salad at the drive-thru or a salad with chicken. The damage is less than with a burger. Don't be so hard on yourself - our old habits do not just disappear, but in time you will learn to handle the temptations. Good luck!

Don't beat up on yourself!!
Just put a cd in your player and walk in place to burn those calories and fat up.
You can do it!!!

Cheeseburgers are my biggest weakness. Everyday I fight going through the drive thru. It's gotten less of a temptation the longer I resist, but it's really hard for me. And I guarantee you one day, I will let myself splurge and have that cheeseburger . But what I wanted to say to you was, it doesn't sound like you did too bad. A small cheeseburger - could have been worse? You could have gotten the meal deal and you didn't. I wouldn't worry too much about it, just learn form your experience and remember how it made you feel and move on. Tomorrow is a new day, next week a new week.

I'm new, but I can't imagine that one cheesburger will hurt you!! you are off to a great start.
