hello everyone ,
This is my thrid week with jenny craig and i'm finding myself now more hungry after dinner I'm lose weight really good I went from 264 to 257 in just 2 weeks my bodie feels really wried , my question is what can i do til feel this hungry thing in my stomach after i eat dinner i'm eating like i should nice and slow , and slower bites I need help if anyone can give me some info i would appracite thankx

It's great that you're feeling hungry because that's a sign that your metabolism is reving up. Try adding xtra no-'starchy veggies, pickles, sugar free jello and drinking water or decaf drinks. These are all very low calorie or free items foods and will help with that fuller more satisfied feeling. Be sure to document on you menu so your consultant can follow-up.

eat, eat, eat your extra veggies!! I was very hungry my 2 and 3rd week, so I added veggies to my lunches and dinners, I would cook them a little in some soy sauce. It really helped. Also drink lots and lots of water. I have a BIG glass before I eat and one after I eat. I would also save my milk exchange and fruit until after dinner, I'm not that hungry in the morning. I have yogurt instead of the milk. I Mix them together and have it a couple hours after dinner, that really helped me.
