I wanted to take a moment and thank everyone for posting on this board. All the support has helped me so much. Special thanks to Evangeline, Maureen and Barb. These ladies have taken me under their wings and email me with any info I need. Thanks to all of you I weighed in for the 4 time on Saturday. Even after a cheating week (Took a trip over the holiday) I still lost 3.4 lbs. My results for 4 weeks surprise me so much.
