Hi, I'm new as of last week and a bit confused. I did the planned menu but don't like everything that I was sent. Week 2 has a day with the breakfast stuffed sandwich, garden vegetable soup, and rising crust pizza. I won't go anywhere near the pizza as I am not a fan of peppers or oinions.
The question is: Can I move breakfasts around? I want to try the stuffed sandwich so I know if I want to order it again but I don't know how to move it around since I don't like that dinner.

You can switch any of the breakfasts, lunches, and dinners around on whichever day you want. If you look at the calories,each item for the designated meal has about the same number of calories. For example, a muffin has 220 and the cereal is 210. There is an option to personalize your menus, and that's where you can pick any items for the meals that you want! This comes after the planned weeks, or you can start it really anytime you want. You plan your own menu, instead of ordering a pre-planned one. Then you can pick all of your faves.

I am just like you and I HATE peppers with a passion, but I discovered that if you just thaw it for about 30 seconds in the mirowave you can scrap them off very easily, and finish baking it. After the peppers are gone the pizza is actually really good. I just started about two weeks ago and I had the same question. Thurday will be the first week that I get to chose my own meals and I'm looking forward to it. It's hard to follow the plan when you may like the lunch but not the dinner, ect... Good luck and let don't let the peppers worry you!

BLAHHHH I really hate peppers too. I just pick them off. I try to add a veggie that I like instead. Works well for me

I have always planned my own menus. I hate broccoli so I skip all the meals with broccoli in it.

At your next consultation you can ask your counselor to switch a day's menu for something that you like better. They can cut and paste a day of your preferred foods over the day you don't like. My first 3 weeks of planned menus had lots of days pasted over with different choices as I have some food allergies we had to work around. Good luck!

Ask your consultant to help. On my week two she commented that the weeked sucked. I asked her why and she said "to many soups, I like to eat my food" so we changed a lot of things. Before we decide on any plan we go through the things I don't like and switch them for the things I love.
