What is the scoop on Jenny Craig Meal Bars. I asked the director of my center and she says they are not part of the plan. Are they from a previous JC plan?

I think they are just something that they developed for retail sale outside the centers.
If you calculate the exchanges, I can't think of any reason why you couldn't use them.

I bought one of those JC bars in a drugstore one time....they were OK but I'd probably rather have a Balance bar if I were going to buy a bar off the shelf.

In Alberta Canada we use the bars, as we don't have the shakes (vitamin) .They are part of the program. I don't really like them so I've started to buy me own.

I don't use bars of any kind, I just never cared for them and I'm the type that needs FOOD, not a bar....but that's just me
