HI! I've been reading everyone else's post (and have responded to a few), but I have yet to introduce myself and felt now was as good a time as any.
I'm in Indianapolis, and started JC on 8/2 at 299.3. I had been on WW on & off for the last 6 years and never got below 289 with them. My highest weight has been 314.9 and at only 24 years old and a 5'6" frame I literally felt like I was dying and hid as much as I thought I could under layers, which I have found out recently only make you look bigger. SOOO... this is my 7th week with JC and I weighed-in yesterday at 290.9. Now, I've been keeping track on my "at home" weight (this morning it was 283) and measuring myself, and according to my "at home" results, I have lost 31.9 lbs since January and a total of 11.75 inches. I haven't incorporated exercise yet, but I'm going to look into Curves for Women this week and see if it would be right for me (and fit my schedule).
