Ok, so this is the end of my second week, and I got on the scale again this morning (I try to only do it twice a week) and I was down to 200.4 from a start weight of 204 plus! I was really happy to see it, and it makes all the hard work worth it.
I am not getting in the excercise I want to, but I will...I just have to device a plan and a time when it will work. But, it will happen!
