Could you start a Board titled "Daily Buddy Support Board" ? Or something like that?
It would really be nice if there was a board that everyone could go to anytime of the day or night and find someone to visit with and support each other.
WW has that and it really was nice when I was on WW.

Do you mean something different from the chat room? Don't quite understand the type of interaction you're seeking.

Yes, something different from the chat room.
A Thread or group or board, whatever you want to call it, that has this title.
It would be a place that hopefully everyone would visit almost daily because there is not a specific reason for it except for daily support and interaction for all JC members.
There are groups like this on the WW site, and they are so successful and helpful.

Yes, Jenny: please count me as in favor of that type of board too.
There are many times that in a chat room, a situation or topic is broken up by new people entering or several conversations at once. The beauty of a board like Marcia requested is that a person can post as much info as needed to say what's going on and others can respond in a meaningful way instead of a limited chat room way -- it's sorta like having a hotline to call.
Also, that type of board is helpful to me when I would like to chat but have to do other things and am back and forth to the keyboard rather than staying in a chat room for consecutive minutes.

Hey! What do you think, Marcia -- can't we just label a new topic "POST HERE IF YOU'RE NEEDING SOMEONE TO TALK WITH RIGHT NOW"???? Or whatever better wording you can think of. Couldn't we try that with the opening post giving the general idea of what it's about?

In fact, right now I have been doing posting on a Jenny Craig Yahoo board and conversing with 2 other Jenny Craig members.
Would be really nice and more easily used if it was on the Jenny Craig site.
I think that title would be just great!!

Jenny, still sounds like a good idea for an official spot on the home page of the message board. But you can wait to see how this goes if you like.
