I have just recently purchased the Yoga Booty Ballet from Beachbody. I love it, when I watched it the first time, I thought that there was NO WAY! I did it the first time and it was so much fun, I would recommend this tape for anyone looking for a versitile, fun workout.

I recently got the Yoga Booty Ballet "Hip Hop Abs" video for free as part of a package deal (Turbo Jam special offer) from Beachbody but I haven't tried it yet.
I saw the infomercial for YBB on TV earlier today and I watched it. Sounds interesting and like a lot of fun (more so than I thought, to be honest!), so I'll be giving the Hip Hop Abs a try soon (still babysitting a back injury at the moment so I'm limited in my exercises choices for a bit longer)
I love Turbo Jam btw - If you enjoy the Beachbody workouts, this one is an awful lot of fun and the music really gets you moving
I also have Slim in Six and Power 90 from Beachbody - Slim in Six I find rather boring and could not get myself to use it every day, so I use some of the workouts on occasion. Power 90 is better and you get to put on your own workout music...
But overall, Turbo Jam is just out of this world compared to the other BB workouts that I've tried.

Hi all. I am glad to hear this. I used to be in pretty good shape and the advertisement for "Yoga Booty Ballet" scared me to death. It seems pretty strenuous but you all have given me courage. Thanks.
