I do my workouts in the morning, usually from around 6-7. my question is, should I be eating a little something beforehand, like half an english muffin or some fruit?
thanks for any advice.

It all depends on you. I have trained people who don't eat and they throw up, and I have people who don't eat and do well. I personally have at least a non-fat yogart smoothy before I work out(mornings), gives me some carbs with only 100 or so calories. Working out so early, it is hard to get something in. I always eat within an hour after exercising too. I just try to keep my blood sugar in check and not get too hungry.
Good luck,

I agree that it really depends on the individual person. I personally get up at 4:30am to work out for about 40 - 45 minutes and then I don't eat until after I've showered and dressed (usually around 6am). Whatever you decide to do though, just be happy knowing that you did something! Good luck!

telcochik,
I've gone to the "3FatChicks" website and can't find where you build the cute weight tracker you have. What category is it in?

Go to http://www.3fatchicks.com/weight-tracker/i.../193.6/150.0/17 9.2/.png
Just replace my numbers with yours (SW/GW/CW) and it should work! You will have to add after .png to get the graph to show in the body of a posting.
Good luck!
