Hi all,
Someone asked me what I was going to do about the excess skin that would remain when I reach my goal and I felt a moment of panic. I can't afford a gym while I'm on the program and am wondering if anyone can recomend tapes or exercises that help to firm the leg, chest, arm and stomac areas.
Please help,

The Firm is awesome, I started it using it. I cant wait to beable to see results, I can feel results but i cant wait in a couple of week then i will beable to see them.

Cher did a fabulous step tape in 1991 called a new attitude. I'm not sure where you could find it-maybe ebay? It's interesting, not too complicated, and can be done in a fairly small space. (i found a great step for 5 bucks at a thrift store).

Exercise is not going to get rid of excess skin. Here's a FAQ on the subject:

Thanks, the threads were very informative. I will concentrate on loosing the weight, see how I look, and then decide on what to do.
