I've really been struggling with getting in my exercise, basically because I hate to exercise even though I know it essential in getting to my goal. I don't like a formalized exercise program so I had to figure out a way to fit it in. I decided that everytime I got a phone call or I made a phone call, I would get on my exercise bike for at least 20 min. Then if I'm still on the phone, I will make laps around my pool table until I'm off the phone. So far, so good. Yesterday I was on the bike twice for 20 min. each and walked additionally for another 40 min. Yes, I talk a lot on the phone, especially when my husband is away for work.
Just wanted to share that idea with you.
