Tae Bo is the greatest! you feel like you've worked out, but you don't feel exhausted. and it's only 25 mins a day for maybe 3 or 5 times a week. you choose. right now i'm doing Tae Bo 3x a week and walking 2x a week. it's great. and if one day i can't do the 25 mins... there is 8 min Tae Bo. it all comes in a DVD that is the equivalent of 4 tapes (instructional, basic, advanced, 8 min). it is really great. and it's not even expensive. it's only 29.95$. it's great. you should try it.
