I'm wondering if anyone has seen the ads for the Fitness Made Simple videos? I am considering purchasing it. I've just gotten back into doing some weights and the Leslie Sansone strength walk, although a great way to ease back into weights, is becoming too easy even though I'm using heavier weights. Also I'd like to do more than 20 minutes of strength training. If anyone has purchased these I'd like to hear your opinions.

I've never heard of it Laura, but judging on the title alone I think it sounds like an entry level or beginners video as it's almost trying to motiviate you to try it. Based on your fitness history I think it sounds well below your needs. Have you tried searching the internet with the title? Maybe you can find a website for it that will go into a little more detail about the type of exercises and level that is involved.
