Hi! Everyone,
I haven't written in a while but I wanted to share my sucess with you and thank each and everyone of you for your support. As of today, 06/10/06, I have lost a total of 52 pounds. I am half way to my first goal of 100 pounds which I will be changing to 150. I wish everyone great sucess in their weight loss journey. I have been blessed with a great support system: God, my niece and nephew, Jenny, my consultant Christan and everyone else at my Centre, my family, friends and co-workers, and of course you all. I couldn't have done it on my own. I know I have a long ways to go but I have come so far in such a short amount of time.

Great job John,
I started a just a little heavier than you and over 9 months ago. You're doing fantastic!
You dropped 50 lbs in 3 months. Incredible.
I'd like to caution you to make sure you eat enough protien and have a good resistance training program along with your cardio.
My mistake was I wasn't eating enough protein.. doing too much cardio, and not enough weight training. So.. I paid the price with lost lean mass instead of fat mass. Looks great on the scale, but bad for over-all health.
Oh and drink your water and vitamins!
