I drank a TON of water last week and followed the program to the letter on the food side. My exercise was limited to about 12 hours of yard work... I am going to have to get back in the gym soon though as all the weeds are pulled, grass is grean and a fresh layer of 8+ yards of bark is laid down. It was a nice break...
