I have begun Tai Chi classes and do the beginers routines each evening before I go to bed. I have found for myself this relaxes me and gets stress out. I have always wanted to do Tai Chi, the movements are graceful and still being a big man, I found that the next day my joints aren't as stiff.......still dropping 3lbs per week, walking 5 miles a day at teh Fitness Center and have added leg pushes to the nightly routine. The Exercise lady is recommending adding the toning-strengthning routine, I'll add that next week.
