4th WI coming this Saturday the 29th. I have all the 2XL shirts, over 40waist jeans boxed up ready to be dropped off at the Goodwill Center. I'm taking a co-workers advice and removing the "JUST IN CASE" clothes out. I have been wearing the XL shirts this week to work and people have noticed, been walking 4miles after work, doing the JC foods exclusively and hoping for a 8lb drop this week. Very close to my 1/2 way point to my gola of 125lbs dropped and to my goal weight.

Walked this week before the Weigh In: 20miles, burning on avergae each evening at the Wellness Center : 840calories per walk.
I can feel the difference at home after each session, still highly motivated and looking forward to taking my bike out to ride to work each day as part of my exercise program.

That is great progress - I'm in my third week and have lost around 12 pounds to date (start weight of 236, goal of 200, current is 225). Am staying to the plan much better than I thought I would...
Am envious of the 8lb loss in a week! That is great.

Keeping "Just In Case" clothes is a very good idea unless you have an unlilited supply of money. I get rid of theclothes which are well worn and probably should be tossed anyway, but I keep my bigger clothes which are in excellent shape. Sadly, I have found that eventually I have needed them at least for a while.
