So I have been blowing up some of the other boards, wanted to check in with you guys. I am a returnee to the program, used to be incredibly active, love every sport there is(playing not watching), and it killed me because in side of two weeks I came to a realization, I went to go bowling and when I came home my knee swoll up. Then I went golfing and by the ninth hole my back and leg where through. That is just not acceptable for me so I started back up, weigh in on Friday. Let me know how you are doing?

Papa Don from Ohio. I've been on the program for 7 weeks now, and have lost 37 lbs. so far. I'm not going hungry, and I'm really learning about portion size and combinations...and how to spice up foods without adding a ton of calories to every meal. I haven't had any fast foods since starting, and I don't miss them or how they made me feel...not one bit.
I've got a long way to go, but I'm only 25 lbs. to go to my halfway point, and I know I'm gonna get to my goal in time. But more importantly I'm learning things that I can keep with me for the rest of my life. No more going back!

Outstanding good to meet you. 37 lbs in 7 weeks, good show. Its only day 4 or 5 for me, but I am pretty sure it is going to go good this week, based on my first week on any other diet. The last time I was on this program, I remember I did really good for about 6-7 weeks, and someone brought a pizza, I said ok, instead of my dinner I will eat this slice of pizza. It really suprised me how much I could taste the grease and fat and didnt like it, of course if you eat it enough you get used to it, haha. Well keep it up, we should have some weigh in log. I weigh in on Fridays.
