I can't believe it but it's going to be 80* here today! I'm hoping to drag my "inside" boys to the park & for a bike ride this afternoon. They spent a good deal of yesterday outsids, and I'm hoping they will do the same today, and I'll get some exercise too.....Hope everyone has a great day, & God bless,

I am sooooooo excited about this beautiful weather!!! It's about 80 here as well and it's inspired me to not only do my normal resistance training, but to get out and walk the dog, do yard work, and just be outside and off the couch!!!
