Had the Salmon today, I was surprised how good it was... Would like it better with mashed potatoes instead of rice, but it was good none the less. Hope it stays around for lent this year.

I agree, it was much better than I thought it was going to be.
I did add a bit extra teriakyi (sp?) sauce. Helped with the rice and veggies.

I had the salom last night, and I enjoyed it very much. It was a nice change. I added some black pepper, and just a little salt to the rice. I hope they keep this around- just for something different.

I enjoyed it and will order it again but like I said in another thread, I thought it was a bit too dry and I did not overcook it. I understand that it needs to be cooked through but a little less would still be enough.

I give it a meh. Too chewy and dry, but it could have been worse. The sauce was good though and I did like the veggies, however I don't see myself ordering it again any time soon. Oh and I forgot to check to see if they used farm-raised or wild salmon...makes a big difference health wise.

I've been wanting more fish choices in the JC foods and was pleased when the salmon became available. I tried it last night, and it was not great but okay. I nuked it for 4 1/2 minutes, which was the longer choice of times in the instructions, and some bites of the salmon were not cold but definitely not hot. I've not had a problem with undercooking before. Next time I'll give it 5 minutes.

I thought this was the single most disgusting JC meal I've ever tried. Maybe I got a bad one? It tasted like they threw rejected fish parts in a food processor and then shaped it into a square of salmon. It was fishy, gritty, mushy all rolled into one. I had to throw it out
On a side note, loved the rice

I wasn't thrilled with this one either. I liked all of the new foods except the salmon. Mine took forever to heat - it was still frozen after 4 1/2 minutes. It's nice to have a bigger variety, and I'm glad I tried it, but I won't order it again.

I cooked the salmon in the oven and it was very good.

Honestly, I was no impressed with this at all. Its a good option for those who want more fish entrees, but it wasn't great in my opinion...and this is a dish that isn't that easy to "soup up"...really add volume and such too. For example, the potstickers I steam up a bunch of chinese veggies, add a bit of soy sauce and spices and mix it all together.

I thought it ws so-so,. I enjoyed the rice & carrots more than I did the salmon. There was something missing with it, maybe it was a bit too dry. Needs more of the sauce, which was yummy. I would probably order it again for variety sake, but it definitely could be improved.

I took one bite and threw it away. It was way too "fishy". Guess I'm spoiled because i eat alot of fresh fish. YUCK.
