Triple chocolate cheesecake
There will be some seasonal items too, but they wouldn't tell me, I'm guessing the gingerbread men, or something pumkin.
I don't know about you guys but when they get all of this food in I will probably order at least one of everything!!

That is good to hear! At least some info from your center. lol I don' t get any information in regards to new foods. Anyhow, I am excited about the Salmon..I wish there was a few more fish entree's on the program..FROZEN of course.

So Thai Lemongrass has been saved? I can stop hoarding the 5 in my freezer and add them back in

and hurray for salmon... although I'm a fish snob having grown up in a fishing town... ugh it might not be something I would want to eat ...

I tried to get the Thai lemongrass today, the center said it is discontinued until they get it back again. What does that mean? Its anyone's guess!
also heard aabout the chicken cabanera (sp), teriyaki salmon, the seasonal turkey kit. He also mentioned an Oatmeal square. Before joining, I have heated the Quaker oatmeal squares like it said on the pkg for (I think) 5 seconds and they are great! I imagine one could also do that with the Jenny one.
He said, he believes, but not sure, they will bring back a whole cheesecake for Holidaytime so members could bring dessert to get-togethers if they want and no one will know its Jenny because it doesn't say it on the pkg.

Does anyone know if the Chicken Carbonara has bacon or any type of pork in it? I know at restaurants it usually does but i'm wondering about the JC version. I don't eat pork or beef but i'm looking forward to some new foods!

Thanks for the info. My center never shares anything with me. I'm anxious for some new foods. I'm getting bored.

Next time you are at your centre, ask your consultant for a price list. In addition to helping you be more "planful with your pennies," it has all the food listed. I stock up when I have a little more money and hug the budget foods when things are tight. I need to master money management and clutter with my weight loss!

are all on my midwest list. It may vary reginally and in Canada. However...check it out. I find it helpful.

Interesting because these are all items that have been introduced and subsequently discontinued within the past 8 or 9 months. It's weird that they would be bringing back all these discontinued items. Did they actually tell you these were coming, or did you see them on the order form? (Just wondering if your centre was using an outdated order form? I noticed that some of these items were still on the form our centre uses but when I asked about them, they told me they were discontinued...)

My center said they were bringing back favorites and the items listed above were the ones she mentioned.
I am guessing there is no pork in the Chicken Carbonara since none of the other food has pork in it. - A major bummer for me as I like pork and the tenderloin actually has less calories than chicken breast but anyway I think you are safe.

To answer a few questions here, I acually found all of these items on the new menu that is dated 9/07.
The menu says the chicken carbonara has bacon in it, but you never know it may be a turkey bacon, I would check it out when you go to your centre next.
I live in oregon, and I did not see gumbo, or turkey kits on this menu, maybe they are temp items.

it's pork. I asked before. JCC told me I wouldn't taste it, but I did. Even though I don't usually eat pork, I still tried it and liked it.

thanks for the help about the pork. the breakfast scramble has turkey bacon in it, so i'll double check the ingredients list when they get it in.

yes it's true- I was at jenny last night and the new brochure was on my counselor's desk. new foods are returning on nov 1st.

My center had a list of foods and also on it was a turkey with cranberry salad - like the chix salad it came with apple sauce and crackers..

Okay, I had my weigh in yesterday and I Maintained! BOOH! I know it is because of TOM.!!!!! I feel better after talking to my JCC. He is becoming more helpful as the process continues. I figured I needed some more motivation. So, I bought the touchstone CD/DVD. So, far I have been listening to it in my car on my way to work. It is great!So, it is official..I am in CA and my consultant said YES, they are coming out with some new foods next week. Nov 5 is what he mentioned and they have new PRE PLANNED MENUS and the consultant meetings are going to be ONLINE now vs. Paper. The new foods are: this is what he mentioned) I am sure there are more... but, he specifically mentioned these things for sure!
