Eating the Fruit and Granola hot is so yummy! I added some warm peaches to it and it was fabulous!

I cooked the chicken stuffed sandwich in the microwave for 1 1/2 mins or until softened enough to cut it in half horizontally. Then I cut up some green peppers, onions, 2 cloves of garlic (I love garlic!) sun dried tomatoes, (The brand I have is Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomatoes Julienne cut- not in oil). Then I sautéed everything in just a little olive oil (a fat from my salad dressing). Topped both halves with all those wonderful veggies, and popped into the oven until the bottoms were a little crispy. MMMMM it tasted like pizza to me!!!! What made it extra special for me was the sun dried tomatoes and garlic!

Trader Joe's sells a Mango Chili Vinegar that is something like 10 cals per tsp. I sprinkel just a little (maybe 1/4 tsp) on the cashew chicken with a little tamari-- it makes it sooo yummy.

broccoli - i put it in almost every meal - it's not exciting - but it fills me up
i usually eat my cereal without milk and add a cup of blueberries instead - makes it seem like a granola
I always have my milk in a latte
