I had the burrito for lunch today, and it was pretty good. I added salsa and a tablespoon of FF sour cream.

Someone at my work just told me "you have the best smelling mexican food" while I was cooking. JC food is very good.

I get comments like that all the time about my food. Everyone keeps asking me where I get it from. But I haven't told anyone at work that it's from Jenny. Not quite ready to share that info with my co-workers, but it makes me happy that people are jealous of my "diet" food.

Tastes like cardboard? You might have put it in just a bit too long. The box says 2.5-3 minutes but I've found that 2 minutes 15 seconds gets a better burrito. 2.5-3 and it kind of splits on me and the ends get all dried out.
I like my burrito 'wet' - i.e. with lots of salsa - which I warm up before applying it to the burrito, also serve it on a bed of angel hair cole slaw cabbage (the kind cut really fine) and a dollop of FF sour cream. YUM! of course it must be eaten with a knife and fork that way but it is way more filling and enjoyable IMO.

I agree. I don't like the tortilla that is used...it gets too brittle and has no flavor. The filling is good, though.

I love the burrito. Had one today in fact. I mix some FF sour cream with some hot sauce and spread some of that on top (after heating). Then I can also dip it in some salsa. If there's any "dressing" left then I use it as a dip for my carrots/celery that I always have with the burrito. Very filling and very satisfying.

I thaw mine in micro for 1 min. then brush the outside of the tortilla with Olive Oil and put on a cookie sheet in the toaster oven at 400 for about 10 min. It is Fantastic!! I put salsa and ff sour cream and serve on a bed of lettuce or spinach leaves and make it a kinda taco salad.
