Am having the beef chowmein, but am adding a cup of sauteed mushrooms with some red pepper flakes. You can also use a can of mushrooms if you dont have time to sautee. I nuke it at work. Am a man this really fills me up and is totally allowed.

Oh yeah, crushed pepper flakes makes the chow mein just right!
Today will be my first for the chicken sandwich. Anybody have any tips before I cook it?

If you are at home, TOAST the bun (don't nuke it) and wrap the chicken in a moist paper towel before nuking that (so it doesn't dry out.
If you are at work, be careful with the bread in nuking it - you may do this separately. Use a moist paper towel again. If you have a toaster or a toaster oven even better because if you can avoid nuking it all the better. I made this mistake and it came out dry and rubbery. NOTE: whatever works - do the same with the Turkey Burger. And add mushrooms or peppers, onions (OR ALL) to volumize!
Enjoy!

Oh, I'm having the Turkey Dinner for lunch (My JCC had me switch my dinners with lunches)
Love this dinner - I rarely have to add anything to it and it is SO filling!

First time post!!
I am in my 3rd week and loving the food. I had the turkey burger for lunch, which is a favorite.
For the tuna salad, which is another favorite, I toss the tuna into my salad, then add parmesan cheese and the crumbled-up crackers to make one giant and very filling salad. I haven't tried the chicken salad yet but will do the same thing. It's been one of my most satisfying meals so far!

Stuffed Chicken sandwich today.
The other day's grilled chicken is good.
I agree, toasting the bun is a must.

Tuna Kit, one of my favorites.
I did the switch yesterday for lunch I swapped my dinner of Chicken fettucine for my lunch of Turkey Burger. My consultant said it is fine to do that. You just never change your meal from one day to the next.

Trying a MOMO for lunch today, but not sure if I'm doing it right -
Light Whole Wheat english muffin (2 starches)
peanut butter (1 fat)
sugar free jam (free)
banana (saved from breakfast)
carrot sticks and sugar snap peas (free)
and then saving 2 meats for dinner, because I'm eating out.
I think that works!
