Vinegar has basically 0 calories and olive oil is an essential fatty acid that is good for us. What better combination could you get to put on your salad. Add a few seasonings and you have a great salad dressing.

I have to tell you....My mom is on JC too and she was telling me about rice vinegar.There are 3 flavors that i know of
GARLIC
RED PEPPER
BASIL
They are sooo good! 20 calories and 0 fat.So it is free for us to eat.I eat it on salads and veggies,raw and cooked.Look for it in the vinegar isle.
Then i save my fat for better things

I love the rice vinegar! It doesn't have the bitter taste that regular vinegar has. There is also a Pesto one that is really good, too.
