I wrote to JC customer service and this is the answer I got back:
"We are sorry to hear that one of your favorite items is no longer available. The Triple Chocolate Cheesecake was a limited edition item that is currently no longer available. Periodically, Jenny Craig introduces new items into the menus to provide some added variety and to market test them as well. These items are available as supplies last."
So in a panic I actually called the corporate office back east and was told the same thing!

Apparently, if we keep calling the 800#, they may, eventually bring the TCC back! I've called from every phone I have access to, and asked everyone else to call, too. If we raise enough fuss, we may have a chance!

I'm with you. If we all call maybe we'll get some satisfaction and they'll bring it back.

If you notice it says currently no longer available. I have been told twice now when calling that it is coming back, they just don't know when. I guess with production and everything they have to figure out when it can be available again.

The center director and JCC at my center both said it was coming back, I don't recall if it was mid-June or mid-July. Probably sometime after the new peach cheesecake is introduced.

Me JCC told me yesterday she heard end of June....right in between your two dates - LOL Looks like it is coming back though and pretty soon!

My Ctr director told me that they were told this was not going to be permanent & to call & e-mail to try to get back. I told her that I read on here that it was supposed to come back & she said they were just told again it wasn't coming back.

Yup--I just went in to my center yesterday and the manager told me the same thing--there are no plans to bring it back at this time.

I just e-mailed them, because calling them must not work. Every time I call them, they tell me it is coming back, but they don't know when. Maybe I will get a better answer through e-mail, but I doubt it. I am starting to lose respect for JC. I love the program, but they play too many games. They get my hopes up when I call and they say it is coming back and then those hopes drop when I read posts like this. They need to send a memo to every centre and make this memo public to everyone saying what the situation it. If they are not bringing it back they need to also have a very good explaination of why it is not coming back. it was a very popular item and almost everyone wants it back.

I really hope it does come back permanently. It really was a nice little treat!

Unfortunately, I was told yesterday that my JCC had seen a memo that the TCC was not coming back. This is getting frustrating! Why does the 800# say yes, but corporate says no? I think it has something to do with profitability - even though so many people want it back!

How is it not profitable?!? I mean they would sell a ton of it. Raise the price slightly if they need to. I am not sure what it cost before, since I never look at the prices of the individual stuff. But I am sure if they have to raise it 25 cents people would still buy it!! At that quantity they would make a ton off of it. I know that I would buy 3 a week and so would my mom!!!

My e-mail I sent told me to call the 1800#. I called the 1800# and this is what I was told:
They were originally told that it was coming back, but now they are told there is no plans yet to bring it back. She directed me to the new peaches and cream, which my response was that will not help me with my chocolate cravings. She said they are doing a lot of new things and will be bringing a lot of temporary items out. They want to guage which items are populer and then eventually bring back the populer items. My guess is we have to wade through all the new items before they will bring any of them back. Which basically sucks.
My solution, which I told her on the phone, was to look outside Jenny Craig for a good chocolate solution. I went to the grocery store and found a ton of chocolate ice cream treats that are actually less cal and fat than the desserts through JC. I think I will start to get many of them to replace my twcie a week TTC craving I now have.
Last night I pigged out on real chocolate...not good!!!
She did say if they continue to get the high colume of calls and e-mails that they are still getting, they probably will eventually bring it back, but who knows when.
I am not going to jepordize my diet because they can't figure out an item will sell enough to bring it back. I will just find healthy alternatives. I don't want to eat real chocolate like I did last night.
Just my rant....

Ups and Downs, it is so frustrating. It seems the Jenney Corp does get it, their food sells and like has been said before most of us don't look at prices. Keep items that people want, if needed raise the price.
