Hey everyone...I'm new to Jenny Craig and I have a question..
I am having a hard time with some of the JC meals. I hate spicy food and tomato sauce...both of which seem to be staples in JC. So, I was wondering if I can start substituting Lean Cuisine and Smart One's frozen entree's for some of my meals?
I used to be on WW so I figured out the points for each of the JC meals (they are ranging from 4-6 points per meal). So, can I just get WW meals with the same point value? I can't figure out the protein, carb and fat content thing...hopefully I can exchange a meal with similar points?
and one last question...will I still be able to go to JC if I start substituting meals? Or will they not allow me to do this?
