Jenny's Balsamic Dressing isn't quite doing it for me. Any suggestions on a yummy substitute that I can get at the grocery store?
Thanks!

T. Marzetti makes a light balsamic that is excellent. Ken's Steakhouse (brand) has a light northern italian dressing that is divine.

All of the Ken's Light dressings are good. The JC are just convenient because they are portable and you don't have to measure anything. I usually keep both on hand.

I love it--and I use it for cooking and marinades, too!

I LOOOUVE Ken's light balsamic, norther itlaian and ceasar, but to make it lighter, i pour off as much of the oil sitting on the top as possible when i open them up. o the caesar, I then add some lemon juice, the others I add nothing.
Some new finds are kraft light asian and light balsamic vinagrette. just measure it to 2 T and you will not be adding too many calories.
