Not really give a hoot one way or the other if they bring back the triple chocolate cheesecake? All the posts on this board lately seem to be about it and I think to myself, its not THAT good.
I have to agree though, the brownie must go, yuck.
I actually prefer the bagged snacks (chocolate covered grahms, brucshetta chips, cheese curls, ect). I eat them for my 4 pm snack and they are so much more filling then fruit for that snack. Then I ate a little bit of fruit for dessert.
Anyone else with me?

I'm with you on the chocolate cheesecake. It was good, but then so are a lot of other JC snacks.
In general, I don't understand why people get crazy when JC adds or deletes something from the menu. IMO change is good. I like trying new things.

I got annoyed because I only got to try it once before it was gone again - same with the oatmeal square. They are supposed to be available for a month, but after 2 weeks they were gone!
I think JC should regularly add new dishes, and for more time than a month...it's great to have the variety.

I agree, I like the change and the new items. But 2 weeks is too short. It seems like you barely get a chance to try them before they are gone. I think if they are going to introduce an item that is going to be temporary they should make enough for 2 months. If there are people that really like them, towards the end of the two months they can stock up on them.

It would have been nice to have more notice that it was being taken off the menu.
I should have realized it, because it happens so often with other foods.
Next time for sure I will be buying a case but there are other options for snacks, so it isn't that important to me.

It's pretty obvious from the response that a lot of people like the cheesecake. If you don't, don't buy it. This is a profit driven corporation, if enough people buy a product to sustain production JC is foolish not to keep selling it.
Would you feel compelled to keep the local grocery store from selling me Coke, simply because you like Pepsi?

Good point, IzzyB. JC should be more consistent when it comes to the length of time new products are available. It does seem to be hit or miss. My sense is that JC makes a certain quantity of the new foods and when they're gone they're gone.
I noticed, for example, that my center still has the salmon available. I have to believe that this is because it didn't sell as quickly as the oatmeal squares and chocolate cheesecake. Interesting.

Agreed and agreed! The Choc covered Grahams are my favorite non-snack snack... I have it mid-afternoon and still have my evening Double Choc cake or Cheesecake (3x choc or cook/cream).

The way *I* see it... They contract out ingrediants and materials for their trial items on a short-term basis and if they take off, they do a longer-term contract... People are wise to this and if they happen to like a short-term item, they buy it up and stock up on it... I'm sure that's why my center (the biggest in Vegas) ran out of 3x Choc Cheesecake so quickly, etc...

I like the cheesecake, but I can live with it being gone. However, if they have items (I'm still new to Jenny and don't know how they do it yet) for a short time only, doesn't seem quite fair to just delete it. Seems they should let it stay a bit longer, then do a poll as to whether the majority want to keep it.
Personally, though, I LOVE the brownie!! I have it every night! LOL. I put FF cool whip on it and use a fat serving, to add more nuts or sunflower seeds. I think it is delicious that way!!

Oh my goodness, YES!! Ice cream would be wonderful! As well as a chocolate pie (you can have a good ch. pie without it being cheesecake). Let's have a Keylime too!
I do think it would be good if Jenny added more varieties all the time, without deleteing them! Their food is awesome! To add more choices, would only make it all the more desirable. And would help us to not get so bored, sometimes.
