Someone please give me step by step instructions to get the fish crispy. I baked it in the oven - but it didn't get crispy. (sort of soggy) Despite that, I do like it and can tell it has potential.
Any tips?
Thanks!

I turn the oven up to 425. Take the fish and chips out of the container and put it on tin foil sprayed with NS spray. Blast it in the oven for about 20 minutes. That's it! But remember -- all ovens are different. Start checking for crispness around 15 minutes.

I baked mine at 425 for about 25-30 minutes on a cookie sheet last time I had fish and chips. They were actually really good, and I enjoyed the chips for the first time. I usually eat the fish and throw out the potatoes.

Honestly, a piece of Mahi-Mahi the size of my hand (and I'm a big guy) is only 100 calories. 5 minutes on each side on the gas grille. Great with a salad. Feed the fish and chips to the cat.

Right - cook it on cookie sheet instead of the black tray it comes in. You still have to be patient it does take longer than the time stated on the box.
