Here's a tip: take the personal pizza, and defrost it the night before in the fridge, so that the dough is soft and pilable. Then, you can fold it in half and bake it like a calzone !! You might even try putting in some finely chopped vegetables, as long as they are pre cooked (so they don't ooze tons of water into the pizza and make it soggy.)
I have only done this in a toater oven, so I don't know how it works in a microwave.

I love all the pizzas and each time I have them I add lots of vegies and what a difference it makes.
I add canned mushrooms, red raw onion, canned artichokes, roasted red peppers. I had it for lunch today...YUM!

I forgot another version, and you just reminded me !!
I went to a fancy restaurant once and they served a "Cesar salad pizza" ... basically on top of a personal size pizza, they dumped an entire Cesar salad ! Just a big mound of salad on top of the pizza, so when you cut into it with your knife and fork, you got a bite of salad but also some melted cheese and crispy crust. It was so yummy !! And a very easy thing to imiatate .... just dump your pre-tossed Jenny salad onto a Jenny pizza, and viola ! Pretend gourmet meal.
