This rocked. Huge portion (considering...)
and it looked wonderful. At first I thought it was a little weird tasting, too sweet and had some odd spice in it that I couldn't figure out. I know that some people put sugar in their sauce so perhaps they put a little artificial sweetener...But I put it back in the oven for 40 secs and it melded the taste a little more (little trick- heat it). After a few bites I didn't notice it. I am on my 2nd day, so I am having portion withdrawl!LOL! This one did the trick!

The only change I would suggest is to lose that odd spice. Still, this lasagna was nice and cheesy and it tasted as good as any store bought one.
It's not homemade-but it is pretty good!
