I have been wanting to share this idea for awhile. Let me know if you like it..
Freeze the JC chocolate cake.
After it's frozen cut it length wise in half.
Top the piece (without the frosting) on the cut side with FF Cool Whip.
Put the pieces back together with the Cool Whip in the middle.
Make sure to put the frosting side of the cake on the INSIDE of the sandwich.
Refreeze and enjoy.
This is so yummy. It makes a dessert that reminds me of a hostess cupcake with the creamy frosting in the middle.
Sometimes I take a little raspberry or strawberry low sugar jam and spread that on the cake before I put the Cool Whip on. Then you have 5 layers
